Back Treatment: Magnetic Acupressure and Muscle Pain Relief
So I ordered 2 products from my website (www.healthhq.shop) for the 1st time ever! I was super excited. In my recent blog, I let you all know about the process of ordering my 1st products from my website to get my customer's experience firsthand and to make sure all the order processing was working correctly.
Not to mention contact with my supplier to order the products. On top of that, I want to try out and review each product so I can give an honest opinion of it and give people enough information to make an educated decision for themselves. Right when they came in I started opening the packages.
As I mentioned I ordered 2 products to start and then a few others (which I thought came in). I placed 1 cut on the packaging of the 1st package and then stopped. I am so new to this that I was like, wait a second, I need to use this “unboxing” for content.

THINK CONTENT CREATION

Since I have never done this before I had to think about some of the products I have seen over the years and how people other people created videos similar to mine, this was important to get a good foundation of how I want to present my products and my personal experience using them.
Another element that is super important about other product reviews and advertisements is why did you stop at that video or advertisement? You have to analyze every AD. For what reason did this person create an element in the content that made you stop? Was it the color scheme? Was it a crazy photo or a list of product benefits? Every time I end up stopping at an advertisement I either stop and think “Why did I stop here, what is the specific reason?” or I take a screenshot and examine what it was that made me stop and look.
This really puts you in your customer's shoes and gets you to understand the dynamics of catching a viewer's attention for more than a millisecond.
If you watch any big names or people with a lot of subscribers on any platform they will use everything they can for content. People use all of the process of what they are trying to achieve as content. From the package showing up on their door cam to bringing the box into the house to unboxing the product itself. They use it all. Gary Vee comes to mind right away for this example. Gary films his day to day activities and then turns it into content, he does this on a much larger scale than most of us because he has a full time crew dedicated to this, but what you need to take away from this is, he is not doing that much extra in his day.

His routine from day to day is not modified drastically because he needs content. He has a videographer follow him around and he films his interactions with fans and his insights after a business meeting or any ideas or thoughts that pop in his head. Gary works content creation into his everyday routine not his routine into content creation.
This is what I have to remember when I am doing my day to day actions for my business. I need to be conscious of what I am doing so I can document it. I am already unboxing the products. I am already looking at products and inspecting them, I am already assembling the products and trying them out. I just need to keep on top of mind that I need to create content when I am doing these things.
THE PLAN
So I plan out with my girlfriend of how I want to film the unboxing and roughly each step and how I am going to handle and position the box. So that we are on the same page and she can get some additional shots with her phone.
I wanted to have a few angles of the unboxing and product introduction so i can keep the video as dynamic as possible. This whole process took about 30 minutes. After all the planning and rehearsing and setting up the lighting I am ready to finally hit record and get started.
We start the cameras and I start cutting the box open. I open up the box and everything is going smoothly to get the unboxing video portion perfect. Well, what happens?

I open the box and it isn’t even a product I ordered from my website www.healthhq.shop LOL. it was some fertilizer for my plants that I ordered. It was hilarious, you can’t make this stuff up. She and I had a good laugh about it and then I said “Let's try for real now” with a smile, and I grabbed the proper package.
THE UNBOXING
The back alignment and acupressure product was packaged well, it came in a foam wrapping and then once I opened that it was in a see-through plastic wrapping.
There were 4 items inside, instruction, 1 long green foam pad, 1 thick sturdy black plastic base, and 1 black plastic plate that was bendable with acupressure on one side and smooth on the other side. Again I need to start thinking more like a content creator than a user.

I should have taken some photos of the package when it came in. I should have also filmed myself opening my door and grabbing the package in a 1st person view. This would have allowed me to add a bit more dynamic to some of my content videos. But hey I’m learning!
The base was thick and it had 1 single setting on the bigger end and 4 different settings on the smaller end. Looking at the setting or slots you can see that the “arch” plate that gets assembled to the base plate can adjust to different heights depending on which setting or slot you use.
ASSEMBLY
To assemble the “arch plate” to the base plate the instructions show, and I found this is the best way to do it, is to kneel down in front of the base plate, take the arch plate, and place the larger end into the slot at the larger end of the base plate. (do this by pulling motion towards you, see my video below on how to)
Next, with the one end of the arch plate inside the slot of the large end of the base plate, you are going to want to pull the arch plate assembly towards you so that the assembly is resting against your knees. You are going to pull (bend) the arch plate towards you and insert it into the appropriate slot.
There are 4 to choose from. The farther slot you choose the less the arch plate will bend. When you go to lay back on the back treatment tool the farther slot you choose (or the less the arch plate is bent) the less engaged the acupressure and magnets will be with your lower and mid back.
I would suggest starting with the furthest slot that will have a result with the least amount of arch. If you have a sore lower back like I do, due to your occupation or life activities this is a safe setting to start on.
USAGE
I assembled the back treatment tool to be on the 2nd lowest setting. (this would be the arch plate being closer to the ground having less arch). I positioned the product at the base of my back behind me. I then slid the product towards my body until it was touching my backside and lower back area. Then all I had to do was to lay back on the product and let the magnets and acupressure go to work. I laid back and then relaxed my body. I took a deep breath in and then exhaled and relaxed.
It felt good, the acupressure on my lower back, right where my pain typically is. I liked it but felt it was a bit too high for me. But on this setting, I definitely could feel the decompression of my spine and the pain relief effect.
Below you can see the Acupressure at work:

I sat up and adjusted the arch plate to be “less bent” (lower to the ground with less arch). I repeated the same process, placed the product behind me, slid it into my lower back, and laid back on it. This felt much more comfortable and still gave me the acupressure feeling.
I think because my back is not the best, due to my past and current occupations the lower setting was much better for me. I will, with time, work my way up to a higher setting as I get more used to the treatment. In this setting, my spine still felt it was decompressing, and I also felt pain relief. However, the pain relief felt more natural compared to the higher setting.
I think the device will be more beneficial for me on the next setting higher but I will need some time for my lower back muscles and spine to adjust and get use to the treatment before I will up the setting.
Getting off of the device could be a challenge for individuals with more back problems than myself. In this case, I would recommend starting at the lowest setting possible and to start in a laid down position. You can lift your lower back off the ground by bending your knees and using your feet against the floor. You can then slide the device under your lower back and position it properly. To get off the device there are a few options with a “sit up” is not possible.
You can either lift your lower back by your feet again with your knees bent and slide the device out from under you, or you can just roll off the device onto your knees or side. Either of these options will work and you just need to see which option is best for your condition.
OVERALL
Based on my experience, the back alignment and acupressure tool shows promise for pain relief and spinal decompression. The adjustable arch allows you to customize the intensity to suit your needs. I found the lower settings more comfortable for my sore back, but I believe with regular use, I can progress to a higher intensity for a more pronounced effect. If you have lower back problems and work in an office environment or sit at a desk all day this is something you definitely want to try and implement several times a day. This back device will help with office chair posture.

Here's the takeaway: If you're looking for a natural way to manage back pain and improve posture, this product might be worth a try. However, it's important to listen to your body and start slow, especially if you have pre-existing back issues. Remember, I'm not a medical professional, so consulting your doctor before using this tool is always a good idea.
I’ll see you in the next blog post!
